Our Leadership

  • Kyle has been working in the HVAC industry since 2004, when he began his career in refrigeration and HVAC service under the guidance of a family friend. Since then, he has been driven to continually excel within the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science in HVAC Engineering Technology from Ferris State University and brings over 18 years of professional experience, positioning him to add value in a wide range of situations.

    Kyle is a LEED Accredited Professional and Building Commissioning Professional (BCxP), with certifications in several leading HVAC control platforms, including Tridium Niagara 4. He has extensive experience understanding the bigger picture of building systems and bringing all the pieces together to ensure overall performance and cohesiveness, along with a strong passion for reducing energy costs and serving as a proactive problem solver throughout every project.

    In his personal life, he enjoys helping his wife and 4 kids build their small farm, playing guitar on the worship team at church, and fishing the beautiful lakes and streams of Michigan.

  • Beginning his career as an electrician more than a decade ago, Vince quickly distinguished himself through a strong work ethic, technical aptitude, and a willingness to take on any responsibility necessary to ensure project success. His ability to learn rapidly and adapt in fast-paced environments soon set him apart, opening the door to expanded roles and greater leadership opportunities.

    Driven by a passion for excellence, Vince built a successful career in building controls and automation. He is certified in several leading controls platforms, including Tridium Niagara-4, and brings strong experience in programming and system design with a clear focus on serving customer needs. Approachable, dependable, and solution-focused, Vince takes pride in helping others succeed.

    At home Vince enjoys being involved with his kids helping coach sports, enjoying time with his family around the pool, and boating up north.
